His wasn't in hell, He was in paradise, and only on the one side of paradise. Huh? Christ broke open the gates of Hell.

He broke open paradise and took the ppl waiting for His coming to heaven when he set the captives free. Dude, where are you getting this. From the 100's Christian theology has stated that Christ descended to hell.

there are two types of hell in the Bible, the waiting place before judgement and the place that God has prepared for Satan and his demons. if i remember right the names are Sheol and Gehenna. The first place had two sides to it and was separated by a great chasm, and the part Jesus went to was called paradise when believers pre-cross were. And it is that part that He set the captives free from.

the distinction was made by Jesus himself when he said he would see the thief in paradise that day, and there are many references to both places in Scripture.

Again, that's not what I am finding the Apostles taught about what Paradise was, at least not in that aspect. It look to me like you're just inventing paradise as some other hell or underworld. Even the protestant movement, as best I can tell, stood by the Jesus going to Hell and breaking it's gates. Hell being all of it. Not just some version of it.

Jesus himself described it, and the thought that it was a parable isn't there since parables were always labeled as such, and early church fathers did speak of the distinction between the two.

The Apostles Creed. It was taught as far back as we know, that Christ broke the gates of hell open and this creed has been interpreted to mean that he went to the "bad" hell or all hell.
I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord.
He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended into hell. On the third day he rose again.
He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting. Amen.

the word hell is never mentioned in the Bible, that does not state to where he went, even abraham's bosom or paradise was considered a part of what you could call hell at that time.

i would disagree, because hell is not broken, but death is.

i would disagree, because hell is not broken, but death is. As usual, the people who gave you the Bible and founded the first Churches (as well as Protestant Churches) disagree.
