I discovered these when Bats made me one. I am now hooked. However, the basic hamburger cheese style is starting to get old. So I need ideas to make it even more delicious!
So far on my 'to try' list I have:
1. Ham and cheese 2. Tomato and cheese
Are there any other cheeses out there that work well?

You were supposed to have already tried the "common" or "chav" version of Grilled Ham and Cheese.

prosciutto & mozzarella
preferably on rustic italian bread
after you butter the bread but before grilling sprinkle some grated parmesan over the butter <---(works great with any grilled sandwich)
serve with marinara or a cream sauce if dipping is your thing ;D

OO pepper I have an idea..
this actually turns your grilled cheese into a breakfast favorite
Fry an egg (over hard so that there are no runny parts) and put it on there with a bit of mayo. It is yumm.
