The most important thing to a man is his sense of worth. Perhaps that would be all right, were it not for the fact that his sense of worth is connected to his thingy. The most important thing to a woman is security; and that would be all right too, were it not for the fact that her security usually depends on glorifying the general’s privates.
A man’s problem boils down to sex and his need for it. A woman’s problem is how to cope with the man’s problem. If she accepts the man as he is, he becomes a greedy abuser. If she rejects him, he feels unloved and goes off looking for support elsewhere. It’s a very confusing, no-win situation for women.
Something terrible happens when our entire lives revolve around cultivating and celebrating our sensual being. This mis-directed focus of attention brings out the dark side of our natures and leads to just the opposite of what we seek - feelings of unworthiness and insecurity.

This is way off in my mind. I don't believe this paints a correct picture of what it is .. and defiantly doesn't paint a picture of what it is supposed to be. Men are made to be conquerers. They are made to be pursuers. It is beautiful and wild. What woman does not want to be pursued? What woman does not want to be wanted?
IT is the raw animal magnetism that attracts us that drive that makes us want to chase after that man to drop our scent so he follows us again. We should celebrate it. See it for what it really is, not carnal not evil but passionate and fierce. The mirror of our God who is the great champion. The one that pursues us and seduces our senses. We want to breathe in that to feel close to that power. It is scary and protective at the same time.
That beauty is what makes that world go round. When you twist it into something evil and make it into selfishness instead of the perfect balance that God created you loose the adventure that God set forth before us.

Lost in semantics with you again. Ok so what is it that you are against? In your op you talk about justifying the "problems" between man and woman. (A man’s problem boils down to sex and his need for it. A woman’s problem is how to cope with the man’s problem.) I don't see this as a problem. btw the definition for sensuality is wack. So boys have to fight not to be bad? and girls have to fight to stay pure?

More from Roy:
The awakening of sexual feelings or, for that matter, all lust passing itself off as love, is always a subtle evidence of a spiritual failing.
If the goal of life were one of attaining perfection, then any perverse need for affection, food, sex, lust of any kind would begin to diminish. In our present state, lustful longings intensify and are never satisfied. True love begins to temper those appetites as we grow toward perfection by correcting all those resentment-based judgments which are wired directly to various kinds of lust.
True love does not confine behavior to only sexual activity or to just one individual, like a husband, wife or child. Genuine love is an impersonal, universal attitude that governs all we do. However, without this love ingredient, nothing --- sex, children, family, money, eating, giving, living or dying---has any real value.
Every natural undertaking, be it personal, pleasurable or business, including sex, becomes frustrating unless tempered by the propriety of whatever true love happens to be. When we temper our relationships as they relate to people and things, with patience and endurance, a magical thing happens. Everything becomes fulfillment.

I have said this before and I will say it again. That the FIRST sign that something is amiss in a relationship is problems in the bedroom. Sex is the physical act of love between a man and his wife. Of course if there is no love then the sex life suffers.

Well... the same can be said for food. An eating disorder can manifest itself as an unhealthy abstinence from food or unhealthy indulgence in food. Food of itself is not bad.

Your definition yes. What I believe is we need to re-educate and redefine the term.

terms get redefined all the time. words lose meaning and are given new meanings or have different meanings in different situations, that is why i am always a big fan of defining your terms before really getting into a debate.
