well i am an atheist.
world view. .
i think technically i would be an existentialist. secular humanism is probably something i would subscribe to.
i do find life to be sacred. but sacred in a non religious way. its simply something we do not yet understand. and a wonderfull thing at that, so we should preserve it as sacred.

Well, absurdism is an existential philosophy, where secular humanism is a moral or ethical philosophy.
I suppose you could count me under both, although when it comes to morality I typically more quickly point out that I'm an emotivist (rather than a "secular humanist").
I think this same question could be asked of theists, since believing in a god or gods, in and of itself, isn't any kind of philosophy or worldview.

well mostly my upbringing.
i grew up in a family of atheists. with my father bring a scientist (high energy physics proffesor).
and i grew up in a comunity were jews and arabss lived together by choice. (in isreal)
so i could make a story about it being after a long search into everyoption and contemplating the pros and cons. hearing out every point of view.
but it would be a lie. i am this moslty becasue i was brought up this way.
